Given recent updates around the COVID-19 outbreak, we've implemented further measures to protect our customers and staff to help prevent the spread of the virus.

Effective Monday, March 23rd, the following measures will be implemented:

  • Our front office will be closed to walk-in customers. Orders can still be made over the phone and through email, but will need to be made ahead of time for those looking to pick up.

  • Customers picking up will be asked to do so during the hours of 9:00am - 12:00pm Monday's & Thursday's through our shipping and receiving doors located on the south side of the building.

  • Restaurant deliveries will still take place on Monday and Thursday, but we ask that you advise us if you've implemented your own prevention plan so we can find an appropriate solution should we need to.

  • All meetings will be held virtually or over the phone until further notice.

H&B is continuing the following actions as previously communicated:

  • Product demonstrations in our showroom will be suspended until further notice.

  • Shop services need to be confirmed ahead of time directly with our service manager. Partners will not be permitted to stay onsite while production is completed.

  • All staff returning from out of province will self-monitor for 14 days as outlined by Health Canada's guidelines.

  • Only employees will be permitted access to the warehouse and all production areas

We've seen our international and domestic supply chain become quite irregular and volatile, we are doing our best to support you and your business through this crisis when and where we can. That said, our primary concern is the well-being of our staff, customers, and community, and these precautions are a necessary step to ensure everyone is taken care of.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about the actions we have taken.   INFO@HBPOULTRY.CA
